1. SMS Messaging Programs We operate separate SMS programs:

Transactional SMS (via Calendly and Twilio): We send only non-promotional, appointment-related messages, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, customer support replies, and rare time-sensitive checks (e.g., if you are 10+ minutes late to a confirmed appointment: "You are 10 minutes late—are you still coming?"). These are tied to your bookings or direct contact with us. Consent: Obtained via Calendly booking form ("By entering your phone number, you consent to receive messages for this event via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.") or implied when you text us first for support (allowing 1-to-1 replies and follow-ups in the thread, AI-automated or manual). Consent is not required for booking or purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking or interaction cycle). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or more information. Reply STOP (or equivalent keywords like UNSUBSCRIBE, END) to opt out—we honor immediately and stop all future messages to that number. To re-opt-in, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, or provide consent again in future interactions. We do not send unsolicited or bulk messages. AI may handle routine replies; manual messages may be sent by staff when needed.
Marketing SMS/Email (via Mailchimp): Separate program for promotional updates, offers, or newsletters sent only to those who explicitly opt in (e.g., via signup form or double opt-in). Unsubscribe anytime via link in messages or by contacting us.

2. Service Availability and Limitations SMS delivery depends on carriers, networks, device settings, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, errors, or failures due to these issues. Messages are subject to carrier policies.

3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of our website, services, or SMS programs, including data loss, profits, or injury.

4. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms anytime. Changes post here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use (including receiving messages) means acceptance.

5. Governing Law Governed by California law, without regard to conflict principles.
