1. SMS Messaging Program
We provide transactional SMS messages only, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and customer support replies. No promotional or marketing messages are sent. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message & Data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. We honor opt-out requests immediately and stop sending messages upon receipt.

2. Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and agreeing during booking, web form submission, or in-app interactions. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt-out of SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance or more information. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from us (excluding any final confirmation if applicable). To opt back in, simply provide consent again during future interactions.
